The 3rd Open Science Forum, conducted over two days on 26^th – 27^th February 2025 at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, centered around advancing open access and transparency in research. It featured expert-led sessions on FAIR data principles, open-source tools, and open education platforms. Highlights included panel discussions, interactive talks, and a showcase of innovative practices like the Science Laboratory on Wheels.
